About Knightsbridge Therapy
Knightsbridge Therapy is a boutique online counselling service for senior leaders, board members and UHNW individuals who want high quality, clinically grounded support that fits around demanding lives.
Who Knightsbridge Therapy is for
Knightsbridge Therapy is designed for people who carry significant responsibility, wealth or public visibility and cannot easily step away from their roles.
• Senior executives, partners, board members and founders who are constantly “on”, managing teams, stakeholders, and high stakes decisions.
• Members of wealthy families and HNWIs navigating legacy, succession, family dynamics and the private pressures that accompany visible success.
• Professionals who are outwardly successful but privately struggling with stress, burnout, relationship strain, loss, or questions about meaning and identity.
What we provide
Knightsbridge Therapy offers an integrated, discreet service that brings together specialist therapists and trusted clinicians to support both emotional wellbeing and complex life situations.
• One to one online therapy and counselling with experienced practitioners who understand executive pressure, complex family systems and high stakes decision making.
• Access to a carefully curated clinical network – including psychiatrist, clinical psychologist, child psychologist and GP input where appropriate – so clients do not have to navigate the system alone.
• A calm, pragmatic space focused on clear thinking, practical strategies and emotionally literate leadership at work, at home and within the wider family system.
Why we are different
Knightsbridge Therapy is built specifically around the realities of senior leadership and wealth, rather than asking clients to fit into a standard therapy model.
• Deep understanding of professional and relational complexity: the service is led by experienced therapists with a background in high conflict situations and complex relationship dynamics, bringing insight into divorce, governance, legacy and reputational risk.
• A blended, tailored approach rather than a single school of therapy, combining humanistic warmth, psychodynamic depth and structured, solution focused work to match what each client needs.
• Quietly high end: online, one stop, boutique support designed for people used to concierge level services, with careful attention to confidentiality, boundaries and time.
Why online therapy suits executives and HNWIs
For senior leaders and HNWIs, online therapy is often the only realistic way to access meaningful support consistently.
• Flexibility and discretion: sessions can be taken from home, office or while travelling, reducing visibility and making it easier to protect privacy in small professional circles or public facing roles.
• Time and energy savings: avoiding travel and waiting rooms makes it far easier to build regular sessions into a crowded diary, which is essential for preventing and treating burnout.
• High standards of confidentiality and security: modern platforms use encrypted communication and robust data protection, which is crucial when working with people whose reputations and positions leave no room for error.
The impact clients can expect
When senior leaders and wealthy families attend to their mental health, the benefits reach far beyond the individual.
• Better decision making, clearer thinking and more sustainable performance, instead of running on crisis energy until something gives.
• Healthier relationships at home, at board level and across family systems, with greater emotional intelligence and fewer unspoken resentments driving conflict.
• A steadier sense of self, purpose and legacy, so that success feels more aligned and less like something that has to be protected at any cost.
